How much does it cost?
Regular cleaning costs £6.00 per household bin and £3.00 per food caddy. Each bin or food caddy selected has a minimum commitment of six cleans. If you cancel a selected service before completing six cleans, its first clean is charged at the one-off rate: an additional £9.00 per household bin or £4.50 per food caddy.
How often can you clean my bin(s)?
We usually carry out cleans on a 4 weekly cycle for each bin, so if you have both your general waste and recycling bins cleaned, we'll make two visits each month. Alternative arrangements are possible though.
How do I pay?
The easiest way to pay is via Direct Debit. We also accept cheque, bank transfer or by prior arrangement, cash. After you've signed up we'll send you a welcome letter containing all of the relevant payment details.
Do I need to be at home to have my bin cleaned?
There's no need for anyone to be home. As long as your bin is accessible, we can help ourselves and we'll return it once we're finished.
When will my first bin clean be after signing up?
We work on a 4 weekly cycle, so we'll schedule your first clean for the next time we're in your area. After signing up we'll send you a welcome letter via email containing your first clean dates.
Do you offer one off cleans?
We do! One off cleans are priced at £15.00 per domestic bin & £7.50 per food caddy, subject to availability. Please email us with your address to check.
What happens if my bin isn't cleaned?
If we're unable to carry out a clean due to fault of our own, you will be notified and won't be charged. If we arrive to clean your bins and they aren't available for cleaning a charge may apply.
